Membership

A quiet room for creators growing beyond Japan.

The tools, the calendar and the company you need to sell overseas — kept current, month after month.

Going global isn't one decision — it's a hundred small ones spread across a year. What ships well in summer, when U.S. buyers plan their autumn orders, which listings need rewriting, how to price after a currency swing.

The membership is where those decisions get answered on a rhythm instead of all at once.

Doors open in cohorts, so everyone starts in the same week. Take the Go Global quiz and you'll be told first when the next one opens.

Everything in the Suite, included

Four studios. Each one is a short course and a working tool you'll come back to — not a video you watch once.

Cost & Price Studio

Build the true cost of every product — materials, labour, overhead, freight, tariffs and tax — then price it in dollars so a profit actually survives the journey.

Visibility Studio

The keywords, listing copy and phrasing U.S. buyers actually search for. Written for stationery, not general e-commerce.

Export Studio

Customs wording, HTS codes, lead times — and printables, the route to a U.S. customer with no parcel at all.

Wholesale Studio

Line sheets, terms, stockist outreach, and the events where overseas buyers are already looking.

Each studio is ¥9,800 on its own. Membership includes all four — and every studio added after you join.

And then it keeps going

Monthly workshop

One thing to build or fix each month, timed to the U.S. calendar — and the steps for it land straight in your pathway.

Seasonal planning

A calendar of overseas gifting, back-to-school and holiday windows, with lead times counted backwards from the date.

Office hours

A monthly session. Bring one real question — a price, a listing, a buyer email — and leave with an answer.

Translations

A second pair of eyes on your English. Listing titles, shop copy, a reply to a wholesale enquiry. Written by someone who has worked in both markets.

The room

A small group on LINE. Quiet, useful, and in Japanese when you want it to be.

Quarterly forecast

Not what happened last week — where U.S. buyers are heading next season, and what to make now.

Who's behind this

I've spent twenty years on the U.S. side of the stationery business — working with hundreds of American shops, and designing wedding suites of my own.

I also lived in Japan for six years, in Yokosuka. That's where I learned the language, and where I started noticing how much beautiful Japanese work never reaches the customers who would love it — not for lack of quality, but for lack of a map.

I've shipped the parcels. I've filled in the customs forms. I've sold wholesale and been on both sides of a line sheet. Everything here is what I'd tell a friend over coffee, written down so you can use it on a Tuesday afternoon.

What it costs

¥9,800 a month. That's roughly one wholesale order, or a handful of retail sales.

Founding cohort — ¥6,800 a month

The first twenty-five members keep that rate for as long as they stay. You're taking a chance on something new; this is the part where I take one back.

The Commons

¥6,800 per month, locked for life

25 seats left. Everything in The Commons.

Founding members keep ¥6,800 per month for the lifetime of the subscription. If you cancel and rejoin later, you pay whatever the current price is. Limited to the first 25 members.

Doors open in cohorts.

Everyone starts in the same week, so nobody arrives to an empty room. Take the Go Global quiz and you'll get a reading of where your business is right now, plus the first steps you can start on today — whether or not you ever join. You'll be told first when the next cohort opens.
