Merchant of record
Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as the reseller and merchant of record for all digital purchases, and is responsible for billing, invoicing and Japanese consumption tax.
Price
Shown on each product page and at checkout. Individual studios are ¥9,800 as a one-time purchase. The Commons membership is ¥9,800 per month, or ¥6,800 per month for the first 25 founding members, billed monthly. Consumption tax, VAT or sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout based on your country.
Additional costs
None. Products are delivered online; there are no shipping or handling fees. Any bank or currency conversion fees are set by your card issuer.
Accepted payment methods and timing
Major credit and debit cards, PayPal and other methods offered by Paddle at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Access is granted immediately after payment is confirmed, normally within a few minutes, via your account on inaristationery.com.
Returns, cancellation and refunds
Digital content delivered immediately is not subject to cooling-off. As a voluntary policy we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on request. Full details are on the Refunds & Cancellations page.
Operating environment
A current version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, and an internet connection. No additional software is required.
